Even this shall pass

Stop reading! Just stop. Breathe deeply first. Look at you. Now, slowly breath in and out and read it.

It been traumatic, harrowing and aching week. Travelling long journey in car effected my body tremendously. Travelling long hours without stretching my legs, arms and body given fearsome experience. I had tons of fun during Diwali and I treasure every moment of it. Unfortunately, everything ends when I can’t walk and sit at all! The pain was unimaginable and I thought that was my last moment.

My dystonia become severe. I would not manage it. I had to constantly fight. I almost give up. I know I have to fight my pain. When I didn’t know how to get rid of my pain, my family, friends stood up.
I was bedridden for three days. Yes, I could not believe too. I really have to thank my family (From my parents, grandparents, uncle, aunt, cousins, friends, EVERYONE) They did everything to make me feel better. Until now I am depending on them. Had to. There is a constant battle and war within me.

Now,  there was a moment come. A quote from my friend. "Even this shall pass, breathe".

Every idea, thoughts and pain I carried drop. That one moment. This pain in my body shall pass too. I will get better. Tomorrow is new opportunity for me to grow. Every single day. Every moment. Let's do better tomorrow than today.

Stop. Just stop rushing. Stop scrolling through the feed. A PAUSE. Breathe in and out. Rest. Remember where are you. Come back to reality. Just take few moments to breathe and think how was your day today. Even if you are having very bad day or things didn't happen in your way, it's okay. This shall pass. It easy to say but so difficult to do. Life is really funny. It throws you tons of unexpected surprise and you need find solution in your way. Not my way. You have your beautiful way and I have mine.

How you gonna lead life? How you gonna make magic in your life?

Even if you are breathing, it's really a blessing to do!

Look beyond the pain

Have a great day.

A thank you note for everyone that been helping me after my surgery

Thank you to those who have been giving me suggestions on traditional & modern treatments for my epilepsy triggers. My epilepsy has been on a real rollercoaster ride since the surgery. I've been struggling with some intense emotions and even felt moments of fear about leaving my body. The pain has been incredibly challenging. Thankfully, after consulting two neurologists, they increased my medication dosage. This has been incredibly helpful for both my sleep and reducing my epilepsy triggers. My family has been working tirelessly to make me better. I have been crying so much because of the pain. They might not see this post, but I’m incredibly grateful for their strength and support. Beyond medication, food has become a powerful tool in my journey towards healing. I'm excited to explore how conscious eating can contribute to my long-term well-being Fruits, vegetables, nuts, and all the other natural foods that Mother Nature gives us are also important to take into the body....

Are you important?

Are you important to yourself? Yes, you are. You are important to yourself. Your problem, family, job, money, relationship is not important than you. You are important in your life. Without you nothing can be done. You are so distracted that you didn't see yourself. Even me. Let me remind you, you are so important. This statement never hit me until I fall really sick. The moment of alter pain and disable, that's when I realized how important I'm (my body and mind) is to me. I didn't care about my body, I didn't give enough nutrients, I didn't study about my diagnosis, I was in the world of distraction. I didn't take care and give attention to myself. I thought medicine is enough for my body to heal. I WAS WRONG. Medication only is not enough for my body. I wish my doctors tell me if I workout/exercise I will get better. Or take enough nutrients. No, they didn't say anything like that. They only say "Take this medicine you will be ...
