Are you important?

Are you important to yourself? Yes, you are.

You are important to yourself. Your problem, family, job, money, relationship is not important than you. You are important in your life. Without you nothing can be done. You are so distracted that you didn't see yourself. Even me. Let me remind you, you are so important.

This statement never hit me until I fall really sick. The moment of alter pain and disable, that's when I realized how important I'm (my body and mind) is to me. I didn't care about my body, I didn't give enough nutrients, I didn't study about my diagnosis, I was in the world of distraction. I didn't take care and give attention to myself. I thought medicine is enough for my body to heal. I WAS WRONG.

Medication only is not enough for my body. I wish my doctors tell me if I workout/exercise I will get better. Or take enough nutrients. No, they didn't say anything like that. They only say "Take this medicine you will be fine". I believed them so much until I was 17. My condition becomes worse. From 17-22 was the phrase of learning about myself. There's so much to learn, learn about yourself.
I can't be you nor you can be me. You are in control of yourself. You can't copy anyone either. You are your best copy, the original. Don't quit living. Live you. I'm still learning and I'm important to myself. Are you important to yourself?

I will be opening online store and I need all your support and guidance to grow. Thank you. 

Relationship and Disability

Relationship and disability  Many asked me about relationships and disability. Well let's talk about it.  What is a relationship? It's two people independently coming together to live their best version out. It's not an escape from loneliness. It's two people sharing happiness, joy, and love to each other. It's actually about yourself with another person. It reflects you like a mirror. You will learn more about yourself in a relationship. The other is there as a blessing to be a witness of your transformation. But many fail to understand this and it creates such chaos. Relationship is definitely it's not meant to fight or argue all day long😂  Relationships are already a big task for a normal able body. Being disabled while having a relationship is another whole story.  Can a disabled person have a relationship? Definitely can! And I think you should have! Because you will learn about others and so many beautiful values. As a disabled person I see th...

Being grateful for everything we have

I was reading and there's a line "it made us to be more grateful for all that we had". It just hit me. Yes, I'm grateful for all I have.  My family that prays for the well being of myself, my health, literally everything. Maybe it's easy to forget the things they did for our well being. Maybe we did forget. We forget the love shown in every way possible. Mother's food to survive for more than decades. Dad's protection over bad vibes.  Then there's our friends. Selflessly loved us for who we are. Without any expectations from us. Isn't it enough? Or are we expecting something more?  A body that functions well without conscious effort to pump the blood, to send direction or to breathe. Mentally and physically strong; body and mind.  And we have nature to feel loved by earth. I think there's nothing more beautiful than nature. The beach, forest, sunrise, sunset, rain, river, literally nature itself. Such a delight and blessings to witn...
