A thank you note for everyone that been helping me after my surgery

Thank you to those who have been giving me suggestions on traditional & modern treatments for my epilepsy triggers.

My epilepsy has been on a real rollercoaster ride since the surgery. I've been struggling with some intense emotions and even felt moments of fear about leaving my body. The pain has been incredibly challenging.

Thankfully, after consulting two neurologists, they increased my medication dosage. This has been incredibly helpful for both my sleep and reducing my epilepsy triggers.

My family has been working tirelessly to make me better. I have been crying so much because of the pain. They might not see this post, but I’m incredibly grateful for their strength and support.

Beyond medication, food has become a powerful tool in my journey towards healing. I'm excited to explore how conscious eating can contribute to my long-term well-being

Fruits, vegetables, nuts, and all the other natural foods that Mother Nature gives us are also important to take into the body.

Of course, I am incredibly grateful for modern science because it helped me reduce my dystonia. I can’t be stable without modern medicine. I'm incredibly grateful for the scientists and researchers who dedicate their lives to improving our lives

We need to balance both traditional and modern medicine together.

For me, when I'm in a lot of pain, modern medicine is my first stop. It helps me get back on my feet and find some relief. But once I'm feeling a bit better, I know it's time to start thinking about the bigger picture. That's when I turn to healthy food, exercise, and maybe even some natural remedies to stay healthy in the long run

Like it or not, I'm the captain of this ship called my body. Sure, the doctors are like awesome first mates, but ultimately, the course I chart is up to me. That said, sometimes I need a whole crew of pirates (aka my incredible support system) to keep things afloat. And hey, that's okay! Being a disabled captain means I get to appreciate the power of teamwork, even if it means handing over the wheel sometimes.

Asking for help doesn't dim my inner fire; it lets it burn even brighter. Sharing the load means more focus on pushing forward, not carrying the weight alone.

Thank you once again.

Truly.

Are you important?

Are you important to yourself? Yes, you are. You are important to yourself. Your problem, family, job, money, relationship is not important than you. You are important in your life. Without you nothing can be done. You are so distracted that you didn't see yourself. Even me. Let me remind you, you are so important. This statement never hit me until I fall really sick. The moment of alter pain and disable, that's when I realized how important I'm (my body and mind) is to me. I didn't care about my body, I didn't give enough nutrients, I didn't study about my diagnosis, I was in the world of distraction. I didn't take care and give attention to myself. I thought medicine is enough for my body to heal. I WAS WRONG. Medication only is not enough for my body. I wish my doctors tell me if I workout/exercise I will get better. Or take enough nutrients. No, they didn't say anything like that. They only say "Take this medicine you will be ...
