2019 resolution

What's your New Year Resolution?

I personally never cared about resolution. I celebrate New Year but I don't get the idea of the New Year. Some really have goals to achieve and that's great. As for me being alive and my body functions properly are the biggest resolution every day. I do have goals and dreams and I'm working slowly towards it.

It's very easy to give up our goals. It's really devastating to see anyone who has dreams and goals give up just like that. I'm one of them. When my body doesn't give any cooperation while I'm doing my favorite activity, I give up. I give up so easily.

But now I survived that pain, tells me that I can achieve my goals no matter what happens. Even though my body hurts wherever I read books, while using the phone, sitting, standing or even walking, I keep reminding myself to move ahead and don't stop the journey.

I choose to have fun, laugh and be happy. Giving up or even being sad is not my opinion. No, I can't choose to be depressed about it. Being sad/depressed state is going to make the situation worse. As for me, if I am sad or stress my muscles movement gets worse, my dystonia becomes severe and gives more pain.

I studied much research on the effects of being sad, angry or stress. The answers were mind-blowing. When the brain knows you are upset and it generates negative vibration to every part of the cells. It is scientifically proven. Check out more on YouTube, Dr. Bruce Lipton. https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=bruce+lipton+epigenetics

I have to remind calm. No matter what the situation is, we must always remember we have a choice. Embrace it gracefully or give up. Most choice to give up. That's the wrong way. Giving up is easier to survive than living happily with it.

I survived my pain with full of blessings and love. I know it's easy to read and say but you got to learn the skill. Have a friend who keeps motivating you to grow. Search on Google, there is plenty of information to learn.

You have to grow, rise and shine. It's your life, you decide. Live beautiful and awesome life.

Beauty of being oneself brings so much joy

Beauty of being oneself brings so much joy. If you are following me, then you will be aware of my body condition. I have dystonia and epilepsy, which is exhausting to handle both. You can tell that I'm in pain by the way my body arches toward my back. I wanted to write something today.  My dystonia really can destroy my day but I choose to be happy about it. If my dystonia goes crazy, I'm going to be even crazier.   Throughout the learning process of my journey, I learned one of the most important things in my life. Being in a happy state of mind despite my condition. My condition can be really bad but I choose to be happy with it. Why not right? And the joy I have accepting for who I'm.  We have been working for our daily survival and we forget to be happy with what we have. That creates so much misery within ourselves. We lose ourselves running after money, fame, status and so many other things. Let's breathe. Be grateful for this life, this body you ha...

Being grateful for everything we have

I was reading and there's a line "it made us to be more grateful for all that we had". It just hit me. Yes, I'm grateful for all I have.  My family that prays for the well being of myself, my health, literally everything. Maybe it's easy to forget the things they did for our well being. Maybe we did forget. We forget the love shown in every way possible. Mother's food to survive for more than decades. Dad's protection over bad vibes.  Then there's our friends. Selflessly loved us for who we are. Without any expectations from us. Isn't it enough? Or are we expecting something more?  A body that functions well without conscious effort to pump the blood, to send direction or to breathe. Mentally and physically strong; body and mind.  And we have nature to feel loved by earth. I think there's nothing more beautiful than nature. The beach, forest, sunrise, sunset, rain, river, literally nature itself. Such a delight and blessings to witn...
