Stand, be, roar like a lioness

Stand, be, roar like a lioness. Be water that flows endlessly to the ocean. I stand with you and you can stand with me. We stand together. Let's face the inner battle. It's time to be ourselves.

It took so much just to be with myself. I have lost my battle. My body has been collapsed. The body has gone so far, I don't think I can ever re-build the health I wanted, but I can fight.  Again, I stand, bringing the light of possibilities and love.

It's hard, but let's try, give it all. You and I stand together so we can be ourselves. We don't have to blame anyone. It's you. You bring the change as I do. I take ownership of my life. Others have no rights to do, judge or tell anything about me. I HAVE THE RIGHT. IT'S MY LIFE. And you have your right too. In the darkest moment, find your inner light. It's there.

I choose to battle with the body, mind, emotions and every human motion. What do you choose? Can we battle the inner conflict?

Never to buy in words

Not everyday is a good day. I should buy into words like "Everyday is good day,". Nahhhhhhhh my body goes into unpredictable mode. So have your time to deal/manage the day in your way. Workout, exercise, heal, learn about your body, understand at your own pace. Only you are your own Guru for your body, soul and mind. Go into nature, it is there for you.

Being grateful for everything we have

I was reading and there's a line "it made us to be more grateful for all that we had". It just hit me. Yes, I'm grateful for all I have.  My family that prays for the well being of myself, my health, literally everything. Maybe it's easy to forget the things they did for our well being. Maybe we did forget. We forget the love shown in every way possible. Mother's food to survive for more than decades. Dad's protection over bad vibes.  Then there's our friends. Selflessly loved us for who we are. Without any expectations from us. Isn't it enough? Or are we expecting something more?  A body that functions well without conscious effort to pump the blood, to send direction or to breathe. Mentally and physically strong; body and mind.  And we have nature to feel loved by earth. I think there's nothing more beautiful than nature. The beach, forest, sunrise, sunset, rain, river, literally nature itself. Such a delight and blessings to witn...
