Another day with myself

My story is very ordinary. I look normal from outside. But if you look me longer you will see my flaws. It's quite noticeable. Yes, I feel weird with normal people around me. Even to type this was hard. My muscles move involuntarily. It is hard to control my muscles. I have been living with this condition for 15 years. For past two years, it becomes worse. There is no cure for this condition. It's called dystonia. I learned to manage it. Sometimes I almost give up, but never really. I almost died twice because of this condition but God bless nothing really happened. It's such a struggle to be in this body. The real struggle is when your body muscle never listens to you. My muscles can't be controlled. It moves crazily.

Now, if you want to be my friend then let's have an amazing friendship. You can share your knowledge, insight with me. I want to grow too. I love to get inspired and motivated.

The thing about people is that:
- They judge me by my physical appearance
- Many don't understand how I work with this body
- I always need someone to be with me cause anything can happen to me.
- Some laugh at my physical state
- Some abuse me with their words

But all these things never really bother me (sometimes).

I learned to be happy and bless with things I have. I'm happy to have so many beautiful and amazing souls around me to motivate me all day long. Yes, there are many unlucky people who have terrible times than me. I want to stand for them. To tell them that they are beautiful on their way. And I'm here for them. I want to tell them that they matter. I want to share my love, happiness, and joy of this life.
Life is full of mystery that comes with gifts. We just need to open the right one.
I have so much to say. Till then... Take care.

Much love,
Nisshaa

A thank you note for everyone that been helping me after my surgery

Thank you to those who have been giving me suggestions on traditional & modern treatments for my epilepsy triggers. My epilepsy has been on a real rollercoaster ride since the surgery. I've been struggling with some intense emotions and even felt moments of fear about leaving my body. The pain has been incredibly challenging. Thankfully, after consulting two neurologists, they increased my medication dosage. This has been incredibly helpful for both my sleep and reducing my epilepsy triggers. My family has been working tirelessly to make me better. I have been crying so much because of the pain. They might not see this post, but I’m incredibly grateful for their strength and support. Beyond medication, food has become a powerful tool in my journey towards healing. I'm excited to explore how conscious eating can contribute to my long-term well-being Fruits, vegetables, nuts, and all the other natural foods that Mother Nature gives us are also important to take into the body....

Are you important?

Are you important to yourself? Yes, you are. You are important to yourself. Your problem, family, job, money, relationship is not important than you. You are important in your life. Without you nothing can be done. You are so distracted that you didn't see yourself. Even me. Let me remind you, you are so important. This statement never hit me until I fall really sick. The moment of alter pain and disable, that's when I realized how important I'm (my body and mind) is to me. I didn't care about my body, I didn't give enough nutrients, I didn't study about my diagnosis, I was in the world of distraction. I didn't take care and give attention to myself. I thought medicine is enough for my body to heal. I WAS WRONG. Medication only is not enough for my body. I wish my doctors tell me if I workout/exercise I will get better. Or take enough nutrients. No, they didn't say anything like that. They only say "Take this medicine you will be ...
