My second session living in mindfulness

It is my second session in the campaign "living in mindfulness". They teach about living mindfully. I almost slept off. Cause it was really relaxing. And I am doing my deep breathing every day.

Why it's important to breathe mindfully? Here are the reasons:

1. Your cells need constant oxygen in your body and you need to breathe deeply. Oxygen can deliver to all the cells.

2. Look at the baby. Baby breathe through their stomach. They breathe very slowly and deeply.

3. As the time pass by we forget to breathe like the baby. We breathe very fast. We get stress and forgot to breathe deeply. It affects our health if we didn't breathe deeply and mindfully.

This technique is really helpful for me to be aware of my well being. My body. So breath deeply.

I love this campaign cause it teaches me to do everything slowly and carefully. I learned to breath mindfully nowadays. I enjoy my own accompany. I used depending on the outside things to make me happy but now I'm making everything to make myself happy. THAT IS A HUGE SUCCESS.

It really takes enormous energy and bravery to stand in my condition. It is painful to be me. My entire body reacts so weirdly. Nobody can ever understand what's going on with my body. Something stressful happens, my body effects very badly. Yes, I thought I can get distracted by talking to people that I love but it failed miserably. They have their own problem to face. So, I guess I'm on my own.

My parents really concern about my health. Sometimes I even got cried so many times cause people don't understand my situation and they can make me stress or upset. *sigh* 

Here are things to do when I'm stressed:

-listen to song
-do some deep breathing
-dance
-write
-read
-be happy for no reason
-talk to people who make me happy

After doing all these, my stress will reduce. Thanks for the doctors to call me and teach about this beautiful technique. :)

Are you important to yourself? Yes, you are. You are important to yourself. Your problem, family, job, money, relationship is not important than you. You are important in your life. I thought medicine is enough for my body to heal. I WAS WRONG. Medication only is not enough for my body. I wish my doctors tell me if I workout/exercise I will get better. Or take enough nutrients. No, they didn't say anything like that. They only say "Take this medicine you will be ...

A thank you note for everyone that been helping me after my surgery

Thank you to those who have been giving me suggestions on traditional & modern treatments for my epilepsy triggers. My epilepsy has been on a real rollercoaster ride since the surgery. I've been struggling with some intense emotions and even felt moments of fear about leaving my body. The pain has been incredibly challenging. Thankfully, after consulting two neurologists, they increased my medication dosage. This has been incredibly helpful for both my sleep and reducing my epilepsy triggers. My family has been working tirelessly to make me better. I have been crying so much because of the pain. They might not see this post, but I’m incredibly grateful for their strength and support. Beyond medication, food has become a powerful tool in my journey towards healing. I'm excited to explore how conscious eating can contribute to my long-term well-being Fruits, vegetables, nuts, and all the other natural foods that Mother Nature gives us are also important to take into the body....
